分析测定了未经处理的普通三疣梭子蟹和经过溶藻弧菌感染筛选的三疣梭子蟹从第Ⅰ期溞状幼体(Z1)到第Ⅳ期仔蟹(C4)各发育阶段的耗氧量和耗氧率,比较了两类梭子蟹的耗氧情况,并研究了三疣梭子蟹体质量与溶解氧需求的关系。结果表明:两类三疣梭子蟹早期发育阶段的体质量与耗氧量、耗氧率均呈幂函数关系,耗氧量随体质量的增加而增加,耗氧率则随体质量的增加而降低;各发育阶段普通蟹和筛选蟹体质量差异不显著;在Z1期和Z3期,筛选蟹的耗氧率显著低于普通蟹(P〈0.01),Z2期筛选蟹的耗氧率显著高于普通蟹(P〈0.01),Z4期至仔蟹期,两类梭子蟹耗氧率差异不显著(P〉0.01)。
In this study,the dissolved oxygen demand including oxygen consumption and oxygen consumption rate of the larvae ranged from Z1 to C4 of ordinary Portunus trituberculatus and those infected by Vibrio alginolyticus were detected.The relationship between the body mass and the oxygen demand were analyzed.The results show that the body mass of the two kinds of crab has a power function relation with oxygen consumption and oxygen consumption rate.The oxygen consumption increases with increasing body mass,but oxygen consumption rate decreases with increasing body mass.The body mass of the sifted crabs and ordinary crabs has no significant difference at different development stages.At Z1 and Z3 stage,the oxygen consumption rate of the sifted crabs were much lower than that of the ordinary crabs(P0.01).However,at Z2 stage,the oxygen consumption rate of the sifted crabs were much higher than that of the ordinary crabs(P0.01).From Z4 to C4 stage,no significant difference of the oxygen consumption rate was found between the two groups.
