随着人们环境保护意识的增强,要求电力行业清洁化发展,同时风电场的大规模接入,在发电计划中也要予以考虑。基于此,在传统发电调度的基础上,考虑风电场,计及环境效益,建立了新的发电调度模型。在计算发电成本时,考虑了风电的初期建设资本和后期维护资本,以及由风功率波动而产生的备用成本。对于环境效益的考虑,计及氮氧化物排放和碳排放,通过对传统火电厂进行碳捕集改造,建立氮氧化物排放和碳排放最小化模型。对模型进行改进式决策转化,采用粒子群算法进行求解。最后,通过算例验证了本文所提模型的准确性和有效性。
With the increasing of environmental protection awareness, clean development is required in the power industry. Meanwhile, power generation plan should also consider the large-scale wind farm accessing. Based on the optimal dispatch in traditional power system, taking into wind farms and considering environmental benefits, a new generation plan model is established. When calculating the cost of power generation, the initial construction capital and maintenance capital of wind power, spinning reserve cost because of wind power fluctuation are considered. For environmental benefits, nitrogen oxide emissions and carbon emissions are considered through carbon capture transform of conventional thermal power plants. Nitrogen oxide emissions and carbon emissions model are build. A kind of modified style decision-making algorithm is used to transform and solve by PSO. Finally, the example is adopted to verify the correctness and validity of the model.
