火电厂选择性催化还原法(SCR)反应器内的气流分布及还原剂的浓度分布直接影响其脱硝效果,以某660MW火电机组SCR装置为研究对象,采用计算流体动力学软件STAR—CCM+对其进行一体化的模型建立、网格划分和模拟计算等工作,为了验证模拟结果,搭建了一个1:12的物理模型进行冷态模拟实验,结果表明数值模拟结果与冷态实验结果吻合较好。针对原模型设计方案存在的问题,通过调整烟道内部导流装置,达到SCR系统烟气气流速度场、氨气浓度场均匀性分布的要求,得出的优化结果结论可以为类似SCR装置提供参考。
Distribution of the air flow and ammonia concentration in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) directly affects the denitrification effects in power plant units, taking a 660 MW thermal power unit SCR device for the study, using computational fluid dynamics software STAR - CCM + for model building, division of grid and numerical simulation. In order to verify the simulation results, a physical model of 1 : 12 was set up for cold simulation test, the results showed that the quantitative value simulation and cold lining test was matched well. According to the existing problem of the original model design, by adjusting the flue guide device, achieve SCR system of flue gas flow velocity field, the distribution of ammonia concentration field uniformity requirements, optimization results conclusion can provide reference for the similar SCR device.
