英文摘要：
This paper discussed the evaluating methods of the influence of monitor system on network performance in detail. Meanwhile, presented quantitative and qualitative analyses and evaluations to different types of monitor systems. Applied the result of research to the development of network monitor systems in order to decrease the effect of network performance. This i- dea is useful and beneficial to how to guarantee QoS of network in the light of designing network monitor systems.
