目的:探讨复方局部药物缓释剂对牙周病治疗效果及其临床耐药性研究。方法:建立实验大鼠人工感染牙周炎模型后,将大鼠分A组(实验组),局部使用复方局部药物缓释药物;B组(对照组)。选择甲基蓝和米诺环素两种抗菌药物,通过检测细菌总数和观察组织学变化,探讨其抑制牙周袋内相关致病菌增殖的方法,了解其治疗牙周病的效果。结果:实验组检测结果发现总细菌数持续下降,与对照组相比牙周袋内相关致病菌总数明显减少,在统计学上有显著差异(P〈0.01);组织学观察结果显示,该复方制剂可产生明显杀菌作用及有效消除炎症现象。结论:应用甲基蓝和米诺环素局部缓释药物能有效抑制牙周炎的发生及发展过程。
Objective To explore curative effects and clinical study on drug resistance of local slow- releasing medical compound preparation on periodontal diseases. Methods Established in rats artificially infected with periodontitis model,the rats were divided into group A (experimental group), Which is used the slow-releasing pocket-delivery compound medicine and group B (control group ). The study selected two antibiotics: methylene blue and minocycline,and discussed the way of inhibit the proliferation of related pathogens in periodontal pockets and understood the effect of treatment of periodontal disease by detecting the total number of bacteria and observed histological changes. Results Test results of the experimental group found that the total number of bacteria continued to decline.There are significant difference (P〈O.O1)in the statistic,the total number of the periodontal pockets pathogens significantly reduced,compared with the control group; Histological observation indicates that the compound preparation can produce significant bactericidal effect and effectively eliminate inflammation phenomenon. Conclusion The compound medicine methylene blue and minocycline has bactericidal effect over the periodontal diseases.
