为了及时掌握动态变化的裂尖塑性区尺寸,以承受交变拉伸载荷作用的含有中心穿透裂纹的有限平板模型为研究对象,提出了一种基于裂纹最大张口位移变化量确定动态变化的裂尖反向塑性区尺寸的简便方法.以理想弹塑性材料的无限大板为基础,通过理论分析和有限元数值计算,建立了裂尖反向塑性区尺寸与裂纹最大张口位移变化量之间的函数关系,并研究了模型尺寸、裂纹长度、弹性模量、屈服极限和应力比等因素对函数关系的影响.研究结果表明:提出的方法能够消除这些因素的影响,适用于应力比大于等于0交变载荷作用的任意材料的有限平板模型.
To quickly and easily estimate dynamic crack-tip plastic zone size,a new method was proposed to calculate dynamic crack-tip reverse plastic zone size(RPZS)based on variable quantity of maximum crack opening displacement(VMCOD)for the central through cracked finite plate model subjected to biaxial uniform tension loads.On the basis of the infinite plate for the elastic-perfectly plastic material,theoretical analysis and finite element calculation were employed.The function relationship of RPZS and VMCOD was presented.And then the effects of model size,crack length,elastic modulus,yield stress and stress ratio on this function relationship were analyzed.The research results show that the method to estimate RPZS by the VMCOD can eliminate the effects of these factors,and is suitable for the finite model with arbitrary material subject to cyclic tensile load at stress ration no less than 0.
