为了量化压应力对裂尖反向塑性区尺寸的影响,填补压应力作用下裂尖塑性区尺寸估算的空白,基于理想弹塑性材料采用有限元数值计算方法,研究了含有中心穿透裂纹有限平板在拉压循环载荷作用下裂尖塑性区尺寸的变化规律,并分析了裂纹长度、应力比、时间历程等因素的影响;建立了压应力引起的裂尖最大反向塑性区尺寸的估算模型,提出了一种适用于R〈0拉压循环载荷作用的基于裂纹最大张口位移确定最大反向塑性区尺寸的简便方法.
To quantify the effect of compressive stress on the crack tip reverse plastic zone size (CTR‐PZS) ,and fill the research gap of estimating CTRPZS generated by compressive stress ,the finite ele‐ment method (FEM ) was employed to study the variation of CTRPZS for the central through cracked finite plate model subjected to tensile‐compressive cyclic load on the basis of elastic‐perfectly plastic material .The effects of crack length ,stress ratio and time history were further analyzed .The estima‐tion model for the maximum CTRPZS generated by compression stress was established .A simple method was proposed to calculate the maximum CTRPZS based on maximum crack opening displace‐ment (MCOD) .The method is suitable for the finite model subject to tension‐compression cyclic load at R〈0 .
