在丙烯酸酯乳液聚合过程中,引入由正硅酸乙酯水解原位形成的纳米SiO2,制备了纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液.利用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及综合热分析等手段对所制备的乳胶膜进行了表征.结果表明,该复合乳液中无机相网络与有机相网络相互穿插,所得涂膜的热分解温度及热稳定性较相应的丙烯酸酯类乳液干膜有显著的提高.
A new type of nano-SiO2/(acrylic resin) composite latexes was synthesized by introducing nano SiO2 particles formed in-siut with the hydrolysation of tetraethylorthosilicate in the emulsion polymerization of acrylates. The properties of this nano composite film were studied by infrared (IR), scan electron microscopy (SEM) and differential thermal analysis (TG&DTG). The results show that the composite latexes have the interpenetrating network structure of organic and inorganic phase, and the film derived from the composite latexes can notablely increase the thermal decomposition temperature and thermal stability than the corresponding acrylic latexes film.
