将最优化设计方法和稳健设计思想有机的结合,提出运用随机模拟实验法计算产品质量准则统计特性。通过理论分析确定可控因素和噪声因素的容差,以体积最小和噪声最低作为稳健优化设计目标进行数学建模。实例验证了利用稳健优化设计得出的齿轮传动系统抗干扰能力强、质量稳定性好、可靠性高。
Combining the optimized design method with the robust design concept,random simulation experiment method is used for calculating the statistical property of product quality criterion.By theoretical analysis,tolerance of the controllable factor and the noise factor are determined.Aiming at least physical volume and lowest noise the mathematic model for robust-optimal design was established.An example is presented to show that the gear transmission system designed by the method of robust-optimal design possesses strong anti-interference ability and high reliability.
