为了克服ASD筛查的间接性、主观性,探索ASD早期筛查的直接、客观、精确指标,让28名ASD儿童与28名正常儿童观看动漫视频,收集其眼动指标,采用多维尺度分析其双眼注视点间距进行分析,结果发现:双眼注视点间距的多维尺度欧式间距对ASD与TD具有优良的鉴别能力,且与ASD的三联征均呈显著正相关.ASD视觉信息收集上存在的缺陷可作为ASD早期筛查的敏感性指标.
In order to overcome indirectness and subjectivity of ASD screening, and to explore direct, objective and accurate index of the ASD early screening, eye movements of 28 children with ASD and 28 typically developing participants were recorded while passively viewing cartoon movie, then the distance of two gaze points were analyzed with multidimensional scaling (MDS) , the results showed that: (1) the MDS european-style distance of binocular disparity has excellent identification ability for ASD and normal children; (2) the MDS european-style distance has significantly correlation with the three main features of ASD. It is suggested that the defects in visual collecting information of ASD can be used as the sensitive index of the ASD early screening.
