目的探讨多发伤后血清ESM-1的变化与脓毒症发生发展的关系。方法选择多发伤患者25例,检测患者外周血ESM-1浓度,将患者按照ISS评分、并发脓毒血症与否分组,并进行比较分析。结果与正常对照组比较,重伤组第7天血清ESM-1含量显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);重伤组第7天较轻伤组的血清ESM-1浓度显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。并发脓毒症组与非脓毒症组间比较,第3、7天血清ESM-1含量比较均有显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01、P〈0.05)。结论动态监测血清ESM-1水平变化对脓毒症的早期预测及干预,有效防治创伤后脏器功能损害可能具有一定临床意义。
Objective To investigate the level of ESM-1 in the serum post-traumatic and inquire into the relationship of the complicated sepsis. Methods Twenty-five patients with mechanical trauma were eligibled and included. To detect the level of ESM-1 in peripheral blood . According to injury severity score(ISS), complicated sepsis in patients with multiple injury were classified. Resuits The serum level of ESM-1 was significantly higher in patients with trauma in severe group at 7d(P〈0.05). The serum level of ESM-1 was significantly higher in patients with complicating sepsis group at 3d, 7d (P〈0.01 ). The concentration of ESM-1 was related with complicating sepsis. Conclusion Dynamiced detection the level of ESM-1 has clinical significance to predicted and treatment sepsis.
