为了了解高分子聚合物黏性溶液对浮子流量计流量测量的影响,采用由不同材料与不同形状浮子构成的浮子流量计分别对动力黏度从1MPa·s到2692MPa·s范围的高分子聚合物溶液进行流量测量,根据对不同浮子流量计受黏性影响实验的分析,获得了高分子聚合物黏性溶液对浮子流量计测量影响的规律。在此基础上,讨论和总结了通过优化浮子流量计结构以减小高分子聚合物黏性溶液影响的机理。
An experiment is conducted to understand the effect of high molecular polymer fluid on the flow measurement using rotameter. In the experiment, the rotameters, which are composed of different floating elements with different shapes and materials in measuring tubes, are employed to measure the high molecular polymer fluid with viscosity from 1 MPa ·s to 2 692 MPa · s. Through analyzing the impact of high molecular polymer fluid on the different rotameters, a general rule is obtained for measuring high polymer fluid using rotameter. The method of optimizing the floater structure for decreasing the impact of super polymer fluid is discussed according to the experiment results.
