微粒碰撞噪声检测(PIND)是航天继电器出厂前必做的多余物检测试验。目前PIND试验条件的研究主要采用理论推导法和试验研究法。提出了一种基于曲线拟合理论的试验条件研究方法:以有限的试验数据为基础,将试验条件作为输入变量,将多余物与内壁碰撞的声音信号强度作为输出变量,根据拟合结果给出了试验条件各参数(腔体高度、振动加速度和频率)对PIND声音信号强度的影响规律。
Particle impact noise detection (PIND) is one of the most important methods in detecting remainders within space relays. Theoretical deduction and experimental research are used to study the detection conditions of PIND at present. In this paper, a study method based on curve fitting theory was proposed. Based on the limited experimental data, the detection conditions are taken as input variables,the intensity of the impact sound signal was taken as the output variable. Based on the fitting results, how the parameters of the detection conditions (cavity height,vibration acceleration and frequency) influence the signal intensity was given.
