This paper first discussed the eigenvalue comparison theorem of SLP which based on the separated boundary condition,the eigenvalue and real eigenvalue comparison of left-definite and indefinite SLP with different potential functions are obtained by using the eigenvalue and real eigenvalue relations between left-definite and right-definite SLP.
