以溶胶凝胶法自制的干凝胶为原料,通过水热法和离子交换成功制备出长为50~300nm,直径为5~10nm的纳米管。采用TEM、XRD分析手段,对在不同工艺条件下获得产物的形态和结构进行表征。结果表明,水热后生成的纳米粉体为纳米片,经H+交换后,纳米片成功的卷曲成纳米管,且合成纳米管的成分为H2Ti5O11.3H2O,结晶度相对纳米颗粒而言有所降低。
Titanate nanotubes have been sucessfully prepared by an alkaline hydrothermal process with TiO2 nanopowder as precursor which is prepared by sol-gel.The resultant nanotubes display external diameter between 5~10 nm and extent between 50~300 nm.Morphological and structural evolution of TiO2 nanotubes after hydrothermal process and ion-exchange reaction have been investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction analyses.The result shows that nano-plates are synthesized by hydrothermal method,and then convert to nanotubes after ion-exchange reaction.The crystallinity of synthetic nanotube with nominal composition of H2Ti5O11·3H2O has decreased than nanoparticle.
