研究了铁基原位α-Fe2O3的制备方法,采用SEM、XRD分析手段对铁板在马弗炉中于600℃、不同氧化气氛和不同煅烧时间下的表层氧化物进行表征。结果表明纯铁板在富氧气氛下煅烧1h的表层氧化物含有α-Fe2O3,形状为叶片状,粒径为800~900 nm,采用拉曼光谱进一步分析表层氧化物,得到表层氧化物的顶层是单一的α-Fe2O3;中间层的主要成分是Fe3O4,同时含有少量γ-FeOOH和α-Fe2O3。
The preparation methods of α - Fe2O3 on iron matrix in - situ were studied. Pure iron plates were calcined at 600℃ and different oxygen concentration and calcination time, the characterization of whose surface iron oxides were carried out by XRD and SEM. The results show that there is α - Fe2O3 in surface iron oxides when pure iron plate is heated for lh in the atmosphere of rich oxygen. Particles of surface iron oxides present leaf shape with average diameter from 800 nm to 900 nm. Raman spectra futher indicates that the top layer of surface iron oxides only has one component of α - Fe2α3 ; the middle layer mainly consists of Fe3O4, slight amount of γ- FeOOH and α- Fe2O3.
