目的分析新疆汉族、维吾尔族和其他民族2型糖尿病患者尿液中氨基酸谱的差异。方法用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-乙腈-水和醋酸钠溶液（p H6.5）为流动相梯度洗脱;用荧光检测器对尿液中游离氨基酸进行含量测定。结果汉族2型糖尿病组尿液中的天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、缬氨酸、甘氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸含量显著高于维吾尔族糖尿病组（P〈0.05）,亮氨酸和异亮氨酸的含量显著高于其他民族2型糖尿病患者（P〈0.05）,而脯氨酸和胱氨酸的含量显著低于其他民族2型糖尿病组（P〈0.05）。结论新疆汉族与维吾尔族、其他民族2型糖尿病患者尿液中氨基酸水平存在显著差异。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the difference among the urine amino acid in different ethnics of the Han,Uygur,and others with type 2diabetes in Xinjiang. Methods The determination was performed on HPLC with mobile phases of methanol- acetate-H2 O and sodium acetate buffer（ p H 6. 5）. The content of amino acid were tested by fluorescence detector. Results The levels of aspartic acid,glutamic acid,valine,glycine,phenylalanine,leucine and isoleucine were higher in Han group than those in Uygur group（ P〈 0. 05）,and leucine and isoleucine was higher in Han group than those in other ethnic groups（ P〈 0. 05）. But the content of proline and cystine was lower than those in other ethnic groups in urine（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion There were significant differences in amino acid levels in the urine of type 2 diabetes patients among Han,Uygur and other ethnics in Xinjiang.
