本文从信息贡献和信息获取两方面对当前有关SNS用户信息行为的研究成果予以了系统分析,查找SNS用户信息行为的影响因素。结果发现:①SNS用户的信息行为存在显著的性别差异;②SNS用户的人格特质对其多种信息行为均有显著影响;③SNS用户的动机、认知、态度等内在因素和信任、文化等外在社会性因素对信息行为也有不同的影响;④SNS用户的评论、转贴、浏览和问答行为以及技术因素和信息因素的影响作用等方面还有待进一步研究。
This paper analyzed the existing literatures about SNS users' information behavior systematically from aspects of information contribution and information acquisition. The following results were founded: ①There are significant gender differences in SNS users' information behaviors; ②SNS users' personality traits have significant effect on specific information behaviors; ③SNS users' motivations, cognitive factors, attitudes, and social factors such as trust and culture have different impacts on information behaviors; ④ SNS users' reviewing, reposting, browsing and QA behaviors need more research.
