云浮市高脂血症人群社区综合干预效果分析

目的探讨高脂血症患者的社区综合干预模式。方法本研究在血脂筛查的基础上,将来自于云浮市云城区的338名高脂血症患者随机分为干预组(n=169)和对照组(n=169),干预组进行以膳食调整为主的综合干预,为期6个月。研究对象干预前后进行膳食调查、体格检查和血液指标检测。结果经过干预,干预组总能量、脂肪、胆固醇和食用油摄入量分别下降21.96%,28.57%,26.24%和23.07%,三大营养素供能比例趋向合理;干预组体重、体质指数均降低,且降低幅度均明显高于对照组(均P〈0.05);干预组血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-CH)分别降低7.16%(P〈0.05)和9.73%(P〈0.05)。结论高脂血症社区综合干预模式可以纠正高脂血症患者的不合理饮食习惯及不良生活方式,提升用药依从性,对降低血脂水平及减少心脑血管意外具有积极作用。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the community-based comprehensive intervention model for patients with hyperlipidaemia.Methods Based on the results of hyperlipemia screening,338 cases were randomly divided into intervention group(n = 169) and control group(n = 169).Comprehensive intervention was available to the intervention group for 6 months.Dietary surveys,physical and blood examinations were performed and analyzed respectively at the onset and endpoint of the intervention period.Results Total calories,fat,cholesterol and cooking oil were decreased by 21.96%,28.57%,26.24% and 23.07% respectively in intervention group.The percentages of total calories provided by fat,carbohydrate and protein were trended to be desirable.Compared to the control group,the decreases of body weight and BMI in intervention group were significantly higher than control group.There were also 7.16%(P 〈0.05) and 9.73%(P 〈0.05) reductions in total serum cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol respectively in intervention group.Conclusion Community-based comprehensive intervention model can modify the hyperlipidaemia patients'unreasonable diet and lifestyle and improve their medication compliance.It is conducive to reduce blood lipid level and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents.
