为研究煤矿井下工程条件下充填膏体的力学性质,在岱庄煤矿充填现场取得不同龄期的膏体,采用MTS815.03电液伺服岩石试验系统对其进行单轴压缩试验,分析了在工作面有限空间和特定环境下充填膏体的力学特性。研究表明,井下充填体强度相对较高,但凝结性差,力学性质离散性大;单轴压缩强度为2.3~13.17MPa,平均5.436MPa;膏体的弹性模量很低,为53.66~2614.35MPa,平均645.14MPa,在承载时变形较大;泊松比偏低,为0.0001~0.2112,平均0.0265,表明膏体承载压缩变形不需要横向变形空间;拟合回归了不同龄期充填膏体的力学参数。研究成果对有效控制地表开采沉陷、解放“三下”煤炭资源、保护矿区生态环境具有一定的意义。
In order to research the mechanical properties of the paste filling under engineering conditions in the coal mine ,the uniaxial compression test of paste filling with different ages obtained from the filling locale of Daizhuang coal mine was conducted with MTSS15.03 rock test system. The mechanical characteristics of paste filling in the limited space and a certain environment were studied. The research showed that, the strength of paste filling was higher,but coagu|ability was bad and the discreteness of mechanical properties was different; the uniaxial compressive strength of of the paste filling was 2.3 ~ 13.17 MPa and the average was 5. 436 MPa; Their elastic modulus was very low , which was only 53.66 ~ 2614.35 MPa and the average was 645.14 MPa. The deformation was bigger when absorbing load;Poisson's ratio was low,which was only 0. 0001 N 0. 2112 and the average was 0.0265 ,which indicated that the paste filling didn ’t need the space of transverse deformation when bearing compression deformation;The mechanical parameters of paste filling with different ages were fitted and regressed. The tested results are important to effectively control surface subsidence caused by mining, to liberate the coal resources under buildings,railways and to waterbodies and protect the ecological environment in mining area.
