目的对毛花柱忍冬(Lonicera dasystyla Rehd,)地上部分化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种色谱技术对毛花柱忍冬的化学成分进行分离纯化,利用理化性质和现代波谱技术对其结构进行鉴定。结果分离得到了4个黄酮类化合物:木犀草素(Ⅰ),槲皮素(Ⅱ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),以及4个环烯醚萜类化合物:马钱子苷(Ⅴ),獐牙菜苷(Ⅵ),secoxyloganin(Ⅶ),grandifloroside(Ⅷ)。结论以上8个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅷ为首次从忍冬属中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Lonicera dasystyla Rehd. METHODS Various column chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated from the plant, they were identified as luteolin ( Ⅰ ) , quercetin ( Ⅱ ) , kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅲ ) , isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅳ ) , loganin ( Ⅴ) , sweroside ( Ⅵ ), secoxyloganin ( Ⅶ), grandifloroside (Ⅷ) , respectively. CONCLUSION All the compounds were obtained from L. dasystyla Rehd. for the first time, and compound Ⅷ was isolated from the genus Lonicera linn for the first time.
