黑色素瘤相关抗原(melanoma-associated antigen-A,MAGE-A)基因亚家族属于癌睾丸抗原家族,广泛表达于多种肿瘤细胞,在正常组织细胞(除睾丸和胎盘外)不表达,且与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后不良关系密切.MAGE-A基因的编码肿瘤特异性抗原肽能被MHC-Ⅱ分子提呈给细胞毒性T淋巴细胞特异的杀伤肿瘤细胞,发挥抗肿瘤作用.基于这些特性,MAGE-A成为肿瘤特异性治疗的重要靶点,其抗原肽已被广泛应用于肿瘤治疗性疫苗的研究.
Melanoma- associated antigen- A( MAGE -A) gene family belongs to the cancer testis antigen family, which is widely expressed in various tumor ceils other than the normal tissues (except for testis and placenta), and is closely related with the tumor~ occurrence, development and prognosis mala. Tumor specific antigen peptides encoded by MAGE - A gene can be presented by MHC - I molecules to cytotoxic T lymphocyte to specificly kill tumor cells to perform antitumor effect. Based on these characteristics, the MAGE-A has become an important target for tumor spe- cific therapy, whose antigen peptide has been widely applied to the study of tumor therapeutic vaccines in clinical tri-als and immunotherapy.
