This paper forms a single population dynamics model with pulse input and spread of Environmental toxin,using the theory of impulsive differential equations to solve the model and get the final conclusion.Conditions are obtained for the species extinction and persistent systems.It provides reliable strategies for the biological resources management of the environmental pollution.
