以α-羟基酯类化合物扁桃酸酯为亲核试剂,与烯丙基醋酸酯,以PdCl2作为催化剂,在K2CO2作碱,四氢呋喃为溶剂的条件下,通过烯丙基亲核取代反应,以中等产率得到了α-酯基高烯丙醇化合物,实现了α-羟基酯类化合物作为亲核试剂参与的烯丙基亲核取代反应.
Using mandelic acid ester as a kind of α-hydroxy ester nucleophiles with allyl acetate,with PdCl2 as a catalyst,a-ester high allyl alcohol compounds was obtained in moderate yields via allyl nucleophilic substitution reaction under potassium carbonate and tetrahydrofuran conditions,showing that α-hydroxy allyl ester as nucleophile can be effectively utilized in allyl nucleophilic substitution reaction.
