利用浙江和重庆制造业样本家族企业的调查数据,采用多元回归分析方法,实证检验了家族涉入(家族权力、家族文化、家族经验)对家族企业创新能力的影响及环境动态性的调节作用,结果显示:家族专家权力、家族文化、管理企业的家族代数对家族企业创新能力有显著的正向影响,家族管理权对家族企业创新能力有显著的负向影响;环境动态性负向调节家族专家权力、管理企业的家族代数与家族企业创新能力关系.研究结论对于我国家族企业创新实践具有重要指导意义.
It empirically testd the impact of family involvement (family power, family cuhure and tamily experience) on innovation capability of family firms, also examined the moderating role of environmental dynamism in this relation- ship using the data of manufacturing family firms in Zhejing and Chongqing. Multiple regression analysis is performed for the purpose of this study. The results indicate that family expert power, family culture, and family generation man- aging the finn positively influence innovation capability of family firms, whereas family management negatively influ- ences innovation capability of family firms. The results also show that environmental dynamism negatively moderates the relationship between family expert power, family generation managing the firm and innovation capability of family firms. The conclusions are helpful to direct Chinese family firm innovation.
