尽管企业社会责任问题已引起学术界的广泛关注,但有关家族企业社会责任问题的研究却明显不足。文献研究表明,家族企业社会责任的内涵界定与测量、家族企业社会责任意识与行为、家族企业社会责任的影响因素、家族企业社会责任与组织竞争优势是目前家族企业社会责任研究领域的重要主题。由于家族企业是家族涉入企业所形成的复杂系统,基于家族涉入视角的家族企业社会责任研究是明晰家族企业与非家族企业社会责任差异性的一个尤其值得关注的主题。
Although considerable attention has been paid to corporate social responsibility, relatively little research has been devoted to the social responsibility of family business. This paper deals with the important topics of social responsibility of family business, including the definition and measurement of social responsibility, the awareness and behavior of social responsibility, the affecting factors of social responsibility, and the relationship between social responsibility and organization competitive advantage in family business. Considering the fact that family business is a complex system of family-involving firm, this paper maintains that the study on social responsibility of family business based on the view of family involvement is important to distinguish the social responsibility of family business from that of non-family business.
