文章利用浙江和重庆两地351家家族企业调查数据,在将家族企业社会责任区分为内部入责任、外部入责任和公共责任的基础上,实证检验了家族企业社会责任与企业绩效关系及内部能力和外部关系的调节效应。结果显示:第一,高内部能力(制造能力、吸收能力)家族企业内部人责任对绩效的影响更大;高吸收能力家族企业公共责任对绩效的影响更小;具有丰富外部关系(高密度、大范围关系网络)家族企业外部人责任对绩效的影响更大。第二,高内部能力家族企业中,内部人责任对绩效有显著的正向影响,公共责任对绩效有显著的负向影响。低吸收能力家族企业中,内部人责任对绩效有显著的负向影响;具有低密度关系网络家族企业中,内部人责任对绩效有显著的正向影响,公共责任对绩效有显著的负向影响;具有大范围关系网络家族企业中,公共责任对绩效有显著的负向影响。
Using the data of 351 family businesses in Zhejing and Chongqing, this paper first identifies CSR for family business in China as insiders' responsibility, outsiders' responsibility and public responsibility, and then empirically tests the relationship between CSR and performance, and the moderating effect of internal capability and external guanxi of family business in China. The result indicates that the relationship between insiders' responsibility and performance is more significant for family businesses with high-internal capability (i. e., manufacturing and absorptive capability), the relationship between public responsibility and performance is less significant for family businesses with high-absorptive capability, the relationship between outsiders' responsibility and performance is more significant for family businesses with abundant external guanxi ( i. e. , high-density and large-size guanxi networks). It Mso shows that insiders' responsibility has a significantly positive influence on performance but public responsibility has a significantly negative influence on performance among family businesses with high-internal capability, insiders' responsibility has a significantly negative influence on performance among family businesses with low-absorptive capability, insiders' responsibility has a significantly positive influence on performance but public responsibility has a significantly negative influence on performance among family businesses with low-density guanxi network, public responsibility has a significantly negative influence on performance among family businesses with large-size guanxi network.
