目的观察半枝莲多糖(SPS)对C26荷瘤小鼠caspase-3,8,9活性的影响。方法通过腋下接种C26结肠癌细胞建立小鼠移植瘤模型,SPS作用10d后,根据肿瘤重量计算抑瘤率评价SPS对肿瘤生长的影响,分光光度法检测肿瘤组织中caspase-3,8,9活性。结果与模型组比较,SPS可以抑制肿瘤的生长,提高肿瘤组织中caspase-3和caspase-9的活性,而caspase-8活性没有明显改变。结论SPS可能通过活化caspase-9,进而激活caspase-3诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡而发挥抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To study the effect of Scutellaria barbata polysaccharides (SPS) on caspase-3, 8, 9 activity in C26 tumor beating mice. Methods The C26 tumor beating mouse model was estabhshed and the inhibitory rate of SPS was detected. The activity of caspase-3, 8, 9 were monitored by spectrophotometry. Results Compared with model group, SPS inhibited the development of transplanted tumor in mice, increased the activity of caspase-3 and caspase-9, but did not change the activity of caspase-8. Conclusions SPS maybe induce tumor apoptosis by activating caspase-9, then activate caspase-3.
