磁性联轴器利用磁超距特性,能成功解决较恶劣环境下的动态密封问题,是实现零泄露的有效可行方法。传统的设计使用经验公式,有限元方法是解决磁性联轴器精确设计的理想选择。针对同轴式的磁性联轴器磁场,抽象出数学模型,并建立相应的有限元方程,运用面向对象的语言,设计了二维静磁场有限元数值计算应用软件。软件计算结果和实际测得结果吻合,证明模型及设计软件的正确性和适用性。模型对磁性联轴器的设计有理论和实际指导意义。
The Magnetic coupler con provide magnetic torque used for dynamic seal under formidable work condition. The magnetic coupler is a good choice for zero leak. The empirical formula is widespread availability in conventional design. The finite element method is suited to accurately design the magnetic coupler. The model of coaxial magnetic coupler' magnetic field is deduced and the finite element equation is constructed. A FEM soft used object-oriented language for calculation of two dimensional permanent magnetic field is designed. The calculation of this soft match the experiment results. The concordance indicate the model and the soft is correct and applicable. The model is helpful to design magnetic coupler practically and theoretically.
