目的：观察芪归通络汤浸泡对化疗后手足综合征（HFS）的防治效果。方法：将117例确诊为恶性肿瘤并准备进行化疗的患者随机分为4组,在化疗的同时治疗组50例采用芪归通络汤中药浸泡,对照1组30例采用聚维酮碘浸泡,对照2组19例口服维生素B6片,对照3组18例不进行任何其他治疗。结果：各组功能行为状态改善情况比较,治疗组的提高稳定率明显高于对照1、2、3组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;各组HFS发生情况比较,除在第1个疗程中各组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级HFS发生率差异无统计学意义外,其余各疗程的HFS发生率治疗组均明显低于各对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗前后各组神经电生理改变差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：中药芪归通络汤浸泡能明显降低恶性肿瘤患者化疗后HFS的发生率,且能显著减轻手足综合征发生的程度,提高患者对化疗的耐受性,改善患者的生活质量。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Qigui Tongluo decoction bath in the prevention and treatment of hand-foot syndrome（ HFS） after chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 117 patients with malignant tumor who were ready to receive chemotherapy were randomly divided into four groups： treatment group（ n = 50）,control group 1（ n = 30）,control group 2（ n = 19）,and control group 3（ n = 18）. In addition to chemotherapy,the treatment group received Qigui Tongluo decoction bath,the control group 1 received povidone iodine bath,the control group 2 was orally given vitamin B6 tablets,and the control group 3 was not given any other treatment. Results： The treatment group showed a significantly higher increase in stable rate of tumor than the control groups（ P〈0. 05）. In the first course of the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ HFS between the different groups（ P〈0. 05）. In other courses of the treatment,the treatment group showed a significantly lower incidence of HFS than the control groups（ P〈0. 01）. None of these groups showed any significant improvement in nerve electrophysiology after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with malignant tumor,Qigui Tongluo decoction bath can significantly reduce the incidence and grade of HFS after chemotherapy,increase the tolerance to chemotherapy,and improve patients＇ quality of life.
