提出一种抽采机互补运行协调控制策略,从负载侧最大程度抑制直流母线电压波动。该策略以网内运行的两台抽采机为例,将抽采机运行时间错开半个周期,分析直流母线电压波动与抽采机电动机电磁转矩及加速度之间相互关系.求解得到使直流母线电压波动最小的电机最优运行加速度。利用Matlab/Simulink搭建直流微网下煤层气抽采机协调运行模型,与现场实测相比较,所提策略对直流母线电压波动有较明显的抑制效果。
A coordinated control strategy based on complementary operation of beam pump unit is proposed which can suppress DC bus voltage fluctuations to maximum extent from the load side.Two beam pump units are taken as an example and a half period between their operation hours is shifted.Through further analysis of the relationship between the DC bus voltage fluctuations and pump motor electromagnetic torque and acceleration, the optimum operational acceleration that keeps voltage fluctuations minimum is obtained.A coordinated operation mode of DC microgrid for coal bed methane extraction based on Matlab/Simulink is prepared with field test to verify the proposed strategy. The result shows that the strategy has suppression on DC bus voltage ripple.
