报道了石油焦原料对微晶炭的结构和电化学电容性能的影响。选择了3种不同的石油焦原料,制备了微晶炭。用XRD、N2吸附等方法对原料和相应的微晶炭结构进行了分析对比,测试了微晶炭电极在EhNBF4的PC溶液中的恒流充放电特性。结果表明原料对微晶炭的结构和性能有决定性的影响,用石墨化程度较低的石油焦制备的微晶炭,工作电压可达4.0V,比电容为115.2F/g,能够大幅度提高电化学电容器的比能量。
Effect of petroleum coke on the structure and performance of crystallite carbon was studied. Three different petroleum cokes were chosen to prepare crystallite carbon. XRD and N2 adsorption were utilized to analyze the structure of raw carbon material and corresponding crystallite carbon. Electrochemical performance of crystallite carbon electrode was also tested in PC +Et4NBF4solution by constant current charge-discharge. Conclusions are that the type of petroleum coke has important effect on the structure and performance of crystallite carbon. The crystallite carbon made with the coke of low graphitization can withstand voltage of 4.0V in PC +Et4NBF4solution, has the specific capacitance of lI5.2F/g based on electrodes. As a result, Electrochemical capacitors with high energy density can be made with crystallite carbon.
