采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,对乌鲁木齐周边6个地区乡村旅游业吸纳剩余劳动力现状进行调查。结果表明:由于企业经营规模小、季节性明显等原因,乌鲁木齐乡村旅游业对农村剩余劳动力的吸纳缺乏稳定性;乌鲁木齐周边地区乡村旅游业是当地剩余劳动力就地转移的重要渠道,且以女性剩余劳动力和少数民族劳动力为主要吸纳对象;乡村旅游产业不同业态吸纳剩余劳动力门槛不同,就语言门槛和招收条件而言,农业科技园和生态农庄较其它业态门槛更高,且这两种业态对掌握一定专业知识且薪资要求低的劳动力有较大需求。
This study was conducted with a questionnaire survey to truly reflect the current situations of rural surplus labour force absorbed by rural tourism industry in six typical regions surrounding Urumqi. The results showed that (1) the surplus labour force absorption capacity is unstable in rural tourism industry because of the small-scaled and seasonal industry; (2) the rural tourism industry is a main channel of transferring the surplus labor force in the regions, especially for the female and ethnic surplus labour force; and (3) the labour force recruitment demands of different businesses are different in the rural tourism industry, for example, the agricultural science and technology parks and ecological farms require better language ability and recruitment conditions than other businesses, and greatly need labours with more professional knowledge and lower salary expectation.
