以羰基铁粉为悬浮介质、水为分散介质的悬浮液中加入聚丙烯酸(PAA),分别测量不同条件下悬浮液的电泳淌度及吸光度随时间的变化。结果表明,磁性颗粒对聚丙烯酸分子的吸附,增加了其表面电势,颗粒之间的静电斥力阻碍了团聚的发生,提高了体系的抗团聚、抗沉降稳定性。同时也研究了pH值及PAA浓度对悬浮液稳定性的影响。
This work is devoted to the stabilization of magnetorheological suspensions constituted by micrometer sized magnetite spheres in aqueous media, by adding the polyacrylic acids(PAA). The electrophoretic mobility and optical absorbance as a function of time of magnetite were measured in different conditions. The results show that the magnetite particle's surface potential can increase by adsorbing the polyacrylic, electricity repulsion between the particle hinders the reuniting of the magnetized particle, the anti-aggregation and anti-sedimentation of magnetorheological suspensions were enhanced. At the same time ,the effect of pH and PAA's concentration to the stabilization of magnetize suspensions were researched.
