以羰基铁粉作为悬浮介质,硅油为分散相,二聚酸为表面活性剂制备了磁流变液,使用MCR302流变仪对磁流变液进行稳态剪切,考察了二聚酸种类及含量对磁流变液流变性能的影响,并通过自然沉降法对体系沉降稳定性进行测试。结果表明,二聚酸组分内的二聚体、三聚体可有效在磁流变液内部,与羰基铁粉颗粒建立吸附连接,形成空间结构,从而影响磁流变液的流变性能及沉降性能。
A novel silicon oil-based magnetorheological fluids was prepared with carbonyl iron powder for mag-netic particles,dimer acids for surfactants.The magnetorheological properties were investigated with a con-trolled rate magnetorheometer.In addition,The effects of fatty acids on the stability of the magnetorheological fluid were investigated by sedimentation ratio.The results indicated that the dimer acid can not only change the rheological properties of magnetorheological fluid,but also boosts the stability of MRF settlement.
