应用非定常模型对迷宫滴头三维非定常流动进行了模拟。基于标准k-ε湍流模型和VOF多相流模型,得到了流道内的速度、压力分布及滴头的水力特性,分析了水滴从形成到滴落的全过程。结果表明非定常模型计算值与实测数据吻合良好,其精度高于定常模型计算结果。
A new transient CFD model used for 3D unsteady flow simulation of labyrinth emitters is proposed.The simulation is based on standard k-ε model and VOF multiphase model.The flow fields are calculated by the new model,and the corresponding hydraulic characteristics of the labyrinth emitters were predicted.The whole process of water flow from emitter inlet to dropping formation in the air is presented.The comparison between numerical simulation and experimental data shows that the transient analysis can provide more details of the 3D complex flow in emitters.The new model provides an accurate way for analyzing the water transportation process in the drip irrigation system.
