从系统角度出发,分析了综合运输通道内各类运输方式的经济技术特征;考虑了运输货物类型的多样性,运输方式与货物的运输相容性,以运输成本最小化和运输需求满意度最大化为目标,运输需求满意度采用最大化最小需求满意度方法,使得运输量与运输需求量比值最小的满意度最大化,以货物与运输方式的相容性为约束建立了1个多目标0-1混合整数线性规划模型;并设计了求解该模型的算法,通过1个算例对模型进行了数值演算以表明模型和算法的可行性。研究结果表明:考虑货物与运输方式的相容性约束,能实现各类运输方式的最大运输能力约束以及最小运量要求,使约束模型的约束条件简化;运用数学优化软件Lingo11.0对求解算法编程,分别对运输成本和需求满意度的单目标优化问题进行计算,在短时间内能找到最优解,而对多目标优化问题计算可得到有效解。
From the aspect of system, the economic characteristics of each type of transportation in comprehensive transportation corridor were analyzed. With the consideration of the diversity of the types of the cargo and the transportation-cargo compatibility, a multi-objective 0-1 mixed in- teger linear programming model was set up, which was to minimize the total cost and maximize the satisfaction of transport. This model was solved by the algorithm, and then, an example was given for numerical calculus to illustrate the feasibility of the model and algorithm. The results show that with consideration of the compatibility of cargo and transportation mode, the maximum transportation capacities of various modes as well as the minimum volume requirements can be realized, so that the constraints in the model are simplified; using mathematical optimization software Lin- goll. 0 for programming algorithm, the single objective optimization and transportation cost and demand satisfaction can be solved to find out the optimal solution in the shortest possible time, and the multi-objective optimization problem can be solved effectively. 5 tabs, 10 refs.
