目的:探讨人工泪液联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障囊外摘除术后干眼的临床疗效。方法:选择白内障囊外摘除术后有干眼症状的患者62例62眼,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组31例31眼,治疗组采用人工泪液(泪然)和重组人表皮生长因子(金因舒)滴眼,对照组单用人工泪液。记录患者用药前和用药后2,4wk的干跟症状评分,裂隙灯下观察泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer I test,SIt)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)情况。结果:治疗前两组干眼症状评分、BUT,SIt,FL差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),用药后2,4wk,治疗组干眼症状评分、BUT,SIt,FL与对照组比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:人工泪液联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障囊外摘除术后干眼疗效优于单用人工泪液,效果显著。
AIM: To discuss the clinical curative effects of artificial tears and Recombinant human epidermal growth factor ( rhEGF ) on dry eye after extracapsular cataract extraction. METHODS: All 62 cases 62 eyes with dry eye smptom after the excision of extracapsular cataract were chosen and randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, the patients were treated by artificial tears and rhEGF eyedrops. In the control group, the patients were treated by artificial tears. The subjective dry eye symptoms, fluorescein staining (FL), the time of tear secretion (Schirmers I test) and tear break-up time (BUT) were observed by the slit lamp before treatment, the second and the fourth week after treatment. RESULTS. There was no statistical difference between the groups before treatment( P 〉 0.05). After tratment,the subjective dry eye symptoms, FL, Schirmers 1 test and BUT were significantly different( P〈 0.01 ) . CONCLUSION: Artificial tears combined with rhEGF eyedrops can be effective to relieve the dry eye symptoms after extracapsular cataract excision.
