以湿法成型工艺制备得到的超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维纸为研究对象,对不同定量和纤维长度的抗张指数、热稳定性、孔径的影响进行了分析。结果表明,随着定量的增大,UHMWPE纤维纸的抗张指数呈现先增长后趋于平稳趋势,孔隙率和孔径先降低再趋于平稳,150℃下热收缩率呈现下降趋势后趋于稳定,135℃、145%条件下UHMWPE纤维纸的热收缩率均小于1%;6mm长纤维纸比3mm长纤维纸抗张指数高,孔径略大,纤维长度对孔隙率影响不大。
With the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) paper prepared by wet forming process as the studying object, the effects of the basis weight of paper and the length of fiber on the tensile index, thermal stability and pore size were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the basis weight of UHMWPE fiber paper, its tensile index increases first and then tends to be stable, the porosity and pore size decreases first and then tends to be stable. And thermal shrinkage values at 135 ℃ and 145 ℃ are both less than 1% , which decreases first and then tend to be stable at 150 ℃. Compared with the UHMWPE fiber paper using 3 mm long UHMWPE fiber, the tensile index of the UHMWPE fiber paper using 6 mm long UHMWPE fiber is higher, the pore diameter is also slightly larger, and the fiber length has little effect on the porosity.
