利用湿法造纸成形技术抄取得到聚酰亚胺纤维纸,分别以等质量的聚酰亚胺纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维纸为增强体,采用手糊成型、热压法制备热塑性聚酰亚胺树脂基复合材料。聚酰亚胺纤维纸增强体改变了纤维的存在形式,解决了复合材料中纤维束多、纤维孔径分布不匀、有效长度低、材料力学性能不佳等问题,纸增强复合材料拉伸性能提高130%,弯曲性能提高108%,层间剪切性能提高34.5%。聚酰亚胺纤维纸增强体自身因素影响了复合材料力学性能,从纤维长度、打浆状况、纸页定量角度分析了复合材料力学性能改善的原因。
Polyimide fiber paper was obtained via wet-laid paper-making technique. The equal amount of polyimide fiber and polyimide fiber paper was served as reinforcement separately, then the thermoplastic polyimide resin based composite material was prepared by hand paste molding and hot pressing method. Polyimide fiber paper reinforcement changed the form of fiber, solving the problems of more fiber bundles, rugged fiber diameter distribution, low effective length and poor mechanical properties of the material and so on. So the tensile strength of the paper reinforced composites increased by 130%, the flexural strength increased by 108% and the interlaminar shear strength increased by 34. 5%. The own factors of polyimide fiber paper reinforcement affected the mechanical properties of the composites, and the reasons for the improvement in the mechanical properties of the composite were analyzed from the point of fiber length, beating and paper sheet basis weight.
