目的:采用双通道基因表达谱芯片技术,分析老龄冠心病心肾阳虚证基因表达水平的异常。方法:采用病证结合的诊断标准,筛选老龄冠心病心肾阳虚证患者6名和同龄健康对照者6名,采血,分离白细胞,提取总RNA,做基因芯片检测。结果:经Microsoft excel和Microsoft office Access软件筛选,老龄冠心病心肾阳虚证与健康对照者比较,获得44条差异表达基因,主要涉及脂代谢、免疫、心血管病变的基因。结论:老龄冠心病心肾阳虚证的发生涉及一系列免疫和脂代谢紊乱的复杂的过程,与动脉硬化存在密切关联。
Objective : To analyze the differentially expressed genes related to senile heart and kidney - yang deficiency syn- drome suffering from coronary heart disease by the dual channel gene expression profile chip. Methods:With the diagnosis on the combination of disease and syndrome,we selected 6 elderly patients with heart and kidney -yang deficiency syndrome suffering from coronary heart disease and 6 healthy people for control, sampled blood, isolated white blood cells, extracted total RNA and used gene chip to detect.,Results : Compared senile heart and kidney - yang deficiency syndrome suffering from coronary heart disease with healthy people, we acquired 44 differentially expressed genes which involve lipid metabolism, immunity and cardiovascular diseases through the Microsoft excel and Microsoft office Access. Conclusion:The occurrence of senile heart and kidney -yang deficiency syndrome suffering from coronary heart disease is related to the immunologic disturbance and lipid metabolism disorder,contacting arteriosclerosis closely.
