针对数字共焦显微系统中压电物镜驱动器的控制应用,以LTC6090运算放大器为核心,采用误差放大电路结合桥式电路的形式,设计了一种单极性电压输出型压电物镜驱动器驱动电源。实验表明该驱动电源不仅结构相对简单,成本低廉,还具有线性度较高、静态纹波较小和方波响应较好的特点,能够满足本系统中压电物镜驱动器的驱动要求。
For the control applications of piezoelectric objective lens actuator used in digital confocal microscopy system, a unipolar output voltage power supply is designed by using the LTC6090 opera-tional amplifiers as the core, and applying error amplifier circuits combined with bridge circuits. The given experiments show that the power supply has not only the characteristics of relatively simple structure and low cost, but also good linearity, low static ripple and good square wave response, so it can meet the driving requirements of piezoelectric objective lens actuator used in the presented system.
