为了研究轴承的支承刚度对轴流式血泵转子系统振动特性的影响,以血泵转子系统为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件,采用有限元法,得出了在不同轴承支承刚度下血泵转子系统的前五阶固有频率和对应的振型.通过研究表明:在不同轴承支承刚度范围内,轴承支承刚度的大小对血泵转子系统的固有频率影响不大,并且血泵转子系统模态振型变形微小;由于该血泵转子系统固有频率较大且远离生活环境中的振源频率,所以在进行血泵转子系统的设计时,不需要考虑共振的影响因素.
In order to study the supporting stiffness on the vibration characteristics influence of the axial flow blood pump rotor system, blood pump rotor system is seen as the research object, using ANSYS software and the finite element method, and draws the first five natural frequencies and the corresponding modes at different bearing support stiffness. The research shows that: in different bearing support stiffness range, bearing support stiffness basically has no influence on the frequency of the blood pump rotor system, and the modal shape deformation of the blood pump rotor system is tiny; due to the blood pump rotor system natural frequency is larger, which is far away from the vibration source frequency of the living environment, so during the blood pump rotor system design, there is no need to consider the resonance factors.
