为了研究外力冲击对血泵转子系统结构非线性的影响,在SolidWorks中对血泵转子系统建立了三维立体模型,然后将建立好的模型导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS中,并对其进行结构非线性分析,分析得出了血泵转子系统的应变分析云图、应变随载荷步的变化趋势图和应变随载荷步的变化规律.通过研究表明:血泵转子系统设计合理,当受到外界冲击变形时,不会影响血泵的正常工作;在外部载荷的作用下,最大变形出现在血泵转子系统较粗一端的永磁体上,在对血泵转子系统的优化设计时,应重点考虑此部位;通过对血泵转子系统的结构非线性分析,为血泵转子系统的优化设计提供了数据支持,并为血泵后续的其它非线性分析奠定了基础.
In order to study the impact of external shocks on the blood pump rotor system of nonlinear structure, it established three-dimensional model for the blood pump rotor system in SolidWorks, then the model was imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS, to get the blood pump rotor system of strain and strain analysis of cloud increases with the increasing step load change trend diagram and strain along with the load step change rule. The research shows that: the blood pump rotor system design is reasonable, when hit from the outside world, deformation does not affect the normal work of the blood pump; under the action of external load, the maximum deformation appears on one side of the pump rotor system with thicker permanent magnets, in the optimization of the blood pump rotor system design, it should consider the main parts; structure nonlinear analysis of blood pump rotor system for blood pump rotor system optimization design provides a theoretical support, and laid a foundation for the other blood pump nonlinear analysis.
