开关磁阻电动机内部磁场的强非线性和高饱和性给设计造成了极大困难,单纯应用传统设计方法难以得到最优的性能。首先利用传统方法得到了SRM初始设计方案,并对其性能进行了核算。然后通过敏感性分析,揭示了各主要几何尺寸对电机性能的影响模式。在此基础之上,针对一定的约束,以效率为主要优化目标,得到了相对较优的设计方案。该研究对SRM设计及性能优化具有一定的参考价值。
The strong nonlinearity and high saturation of magnetic field in switched reluctance motor make its design very difficult. It's hard to get optimum performance only use traditional design method. In this paper, the original scheme was obtained by traditional method, and its performances were checked. Then, the influencing modes of geometrical dimensions on performance were revealed by sensitivity analysis. On this basis, the relatively better scheme with higher efficiency was obtained according to certain constraints. The study in this paper has certain reference value for design and performance op- timization of SRM.
