以转矩特性为基础,提出了一种开关磁阻电机(SRM)新型调速方法。根据实际转速,实时调节电机的导通区,使其在两种工况间不断切换,即加速电动和减速发电。通过调节不同工况下开通/关断角的取值,可以使输出的机械能及电能达到合理平衡,进而改善系统的调速性能。本文首先对SRM的转矩特性进行了分析,而后对调速方法的机理进行了阐述,最后通过仿真及实验,对其控制性能进行了验证。结果表明,该方法简单易行,控制精度高,控制变量的物理意义明确,非常适合于工业应用。另外,能量回馈环节可以有效提高系统的运行效率。
On the basis of torque characteristics, a novel speed adjusting method for switched reluctance machine (SRM) was proposed. According to the real speed, real-time regulation was applied to conducting region of the machine, and the operation was switched between two conditions: accelerating motoring mode and decelerating generating mode. By adjusting the value of turn-on/-off angle in different operating conditions, the reasonable balance of output mechanical and electrical power can be obtained, and the performance of speed adjusting can be improved. In this paper, the torque characteristics of SRM were analyzed firstly. Then, the mechanism of the control method was described in detail. Finally, the control performance was verified through simulation and experiment. Results indicate that the proposed method is simple and easy to be implemented for industrial application. It has high control accuracy, and the physical meanings of the variables are clear. What's more, the energy feedback can enhance the efficiency of the system effectively.
