针对前期电磁设计得到的开关磁阻电机方案,通过对平均磁密波形的傅里叶分解,计算了电机的铁耗和铜耗。建立了开关磁阻电机详细的集总参数热网络模型,并得到了电机各主要部位的温升。在此基础上,设计了一个定、转子双水冷系统。通过对施加冷却系统前后电机主要部位温升的比较,证明了所设计水冷系统的有效性。
According to the initial scheme of switched reluctance machine (SRM) obtained by electromagnetic design, the iron losses and copper losses were calculated by Fourier decomposition of its average flux density waveform. Detailed lumped parameter thermal network model of the considered SRM was built, and temperature rises of some parts were got. On this basis, a stator and rotor dual water cooling system was designed. The validity of the designed cooling system was verified by comparison among temperature rises of some parts in the machine before and after the application of cooling system.
