在天然气汽车发展迅速的背景下,为改进传统车栽LNG储罐电容式液位计测量误差过大的缺点,设计一种新型LNG液位测量系统。根据性价比最佳的原则,系统采用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,HX711AD转换芯片及多个应力/应变传感器获取气瓶紧固皮带的预紧力和气瓶对底座的作用力,之后配合LSM330DLC芯片获取空间方向及加速度大小信息,从而精确计算出气瓶总重量,得到剩余液位值。此外,利用SIM900A模块及数据网络实现物联网实时监控功能,与全国LNG加气站及车辆监管单位联动,当储罐液位较低时及时向司机预警并提供附近加气站位置信息,同时实现单位对多辆汽车的实时监控与调控.
Under the background of the rapid development of natural gas vehicles, a new system for liquid level measurement is designed to reduce the measurement errors of the traditional capacitive liquid level instrument in vehicle-mounted LNG tank. According to the principle of best cost performance,the master chip with MCU STC89C52 is applied. The converter chip HX711AD and the stress or strain sensors are used for obtaining the preloading force of the fastening belt and the force of the cylinder on the base. After that with the information on spatial direction and acceleration by chip LSM330DLC, this system can accurately calculate the total weight of the cylinder, resulting in the residual liquid level. Moreover, this system used the module SIM900A and data network to achieve the real-time monitoring function by Internet of things, fulfilling a linkage to LNG filling stations and vehicle supervision units across the country. When the liquid level of LNG tank is low, the system can send early warning to the driver, provide information about the position of nearby LNG filling stations, and implement the real-time monitoring and regulation of many vehicles for units as well.
