鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)是一种高转移的肿瘤,其侵袭转移是一个多步骤、多因素参与的极其复杂的过程。Epstein-Barr病毒(EBV)编码的潜伏膜蛋白1(latent membrane protein 1,LMP1)见于多数鼻咽癌细胞中,其调控的多条信号通路都与鼻咽癌的侵袭和转移密切相关。研究发现,LMP1通过诱导产生一系列与细胞侵袭和转移相关的因子,包括基质金属蛋白酶类(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs),c-Met,Ets1,血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF),Ezrin,MUC1和Twist等,参与鼻咽癌的侵袭和转移过程。本文阐述LMP1与鼻咽癌侵袭转移关系研究的新进展。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) is a highly metastatic tumor.The invasion and metastasis of NPC is involved in an extremely complicated process with multiple steps and factors.Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) encoded latent membrane protein 1(LMP1) was found in the majority of NPC.It regulates multiple cell signaling pathways and is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of NPC.It has been shown that LMP1 induced the production of many substances such as matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs),C-met,Ets1,vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF),Ezrin,MUC1,Twist,and so on.All of which are involved in the process of invasion and metastasis of NPC.In this review,we summarized the latest progress in the correlation between LMP1 and the invasion and metastasis of NPC.
