分子影像技术能够可视化活体生物分子水平上正常和异常的生物进程,是一种新的生物医学方法,在活体内的细胞和亚细胞水平的生物可视化、特征化和量化细胞进程。该技术具有非侵入性、实时、特异、灵敏度高和分辨率高的特性,能够帮助我们在药物开发的临床前和临床阶段对药物的活性进行分析研究,加快临床前研究进程,本文主要对肿瘤代谢成像、肿瘤细胞增殖成像、肿瘤细胞调亡成像和肿瘤血管生成像在肿瘤药物开发中的应用进行综述。
Molecular imaging allows the visualization of normal and abnormal biological processes in vivo at the molecular level.Molecular imaging is a novel biomedical discipline that enables the visualization,characterization,and quantification of biologic processes at the cellular and subcellular levels within living subjects.Such technologies possess the characteristics of non-invasion,real-time,high specificity,high sensitivity,and high resolution.It can help us to study the drug activity during preclinical and clinical drug development and accelerating the preclinical research process.We summerized the progress of tumor metabolism imaging,tumor cell proliferation imaging,tumor cell apoptosis imaging,and angiogenesis imaging in oncological drug development.
